| The referral lead process allows for a Consultant to be selected if the new customer wishes to purchase through someone different to the Consultant recommended by their friend. If the potential new customer selects their own Consultant from the dropdown list, the referral lead will be sent to that Consultant. It will not be sent to the Consultant who originally generated the referral link for the Customer. The Customer still receives their referral reward when their friend purchases, regardless of the Consultant selected. |
