If my customer signed up for the Rewards with Thermomix promotion in NZ, can they now join the MyMix Rewards program and receive another welome voucher?

Yes.  The Rewards with Thermomix promotion was a separate offer and members of that promotion may now sign up to MyMix Rewards and enjoy all of the benefits.
