| Yes, as long as the Consultant’s start date is after 15th Jan. The CL or TL must email support@thermomix.com.au by 12pm AWST 22nd Jan so their agreement can be nulled and a new CAF with Earn 3 T&Cs sent to the CL to sign. The CL must raise a case to request to convert their purchase to Earn 3 and the CL will receive a refund of AU $2099or NZ $2219 (excluding easy 3 payment types). |
My CL has just purchased a TM6 and is on the Bring program, can they get a refund and move to Earn 3?
