Reassure your customer the global announcement of TM7, which included the onboarding of all Thermomix Consultants worldwide, was made on February 14th at 9pm CET, the early hours of the morning here in Australia/New Zealand. At that same time, the news was shared throughout our Thermomix community via email, social media and on our website. You and your customers heard the news together.
This is a ‘pre-announcement’, with dispatch of TM7 expected to commence in July. Confirm TM6 remains the only Thermomix available for dispatch until the second part of the year and let them know you are there to support them in loving and using their Thermomix. If they purchased between 1 – 14 February 2025, they will have received an email with a choice. If this is their situation, then let them know of those options and direct them to respond to the survey in the email prior to 3 March 2025 to confirm their choice.
