| Customers who received their TM6 in January are no longer in their cooling off period. It’s important to help customers understand their TM6 is just as fantastic today, as it was when they bought it. The upcoming launch of TM7 does not change that. Further, we expect TM7 dispatch to commence in July 2025, while we also expect high demand which in turn will mean longer than usual waiting period for TM7 will apply. TM6 customers are able to enjoy the benefits of their Thermomix now (and there are many!). If you need any additional support responding to specific customer concerns, please refer to your Team Leader. |
