| Their TM6 is still within in the cooling off period so your customers will have received an email providing them with a choice. This was sent on 15 February 2025 and they have until 3 March to confirm their preference. The choices offered them are: – Retain their TM6 and upgrade to the new GWP – Retain their TM6 and receive their $300 TheMix Shop Gift Card, as per their original purchase offer – Cancel their TM6 and receive a refund – Cancel their TM6 and register their interest for pre-order sale once these become available. Help your customers to understand the value of retaining their TM6. Then, guide them to express their preference in their email. From then, your customers’ options will be visible to you in The Hub, so you can follow up (refer to Unleashed for details on where to find this information). A reminder email will be sent to customers who haven’t responded. If we have still not heard from them by 3 March, we will send out their TM6, BBL and $300 TheMix Shop Gift Card automatically. After which point, they will no longer be within the timeframe to opt into a different option. |
