What does my customer have to return?

For non-Thermomix(R) appliance returns, customers will need to return all parts and accessories relevant to that product. Please be aware that we cannot accept any lithium-ion bateries and these should be removed prior to returning any appliance.

For Thermomix®  returns, your customer will need to return their older model Thermomix® with the complete mixing bowl set and any accessories they don’t wish to hold onto. They can keep enjoying their cookbooks and any other Thermomix® products or accessories that they have purchased.

When packing their return, customers should ensure:
The Bowl, Blade and Lid set is locked into position for transportation.
Adequate protection is packed in the box to protect the Thermomix® (or other appliance) in transit. This may include things such as bubble wrap, scrunched up newspaper in plastic bags, unwanted sheet(s) or towel(s).
Packing materials are not supplied.  If a mailing box is required, it will need to be supplied or purchased separately.
