What should I do if Recipe Handover or Remote Monitoring is not working?

Check the following:
– TM7: Check permissions in “Settings > Remote Access”
– Cookidoo App: Go to “Profile > Activities”. It will tell you, if you have to change something in your smartphone settings.
– Ensure your TM7 and smartphone are both connected to the internet
– Make sure Bluetooth® is enabled on both devices
– Verify you’re logged into the same Cookidoo® account
– Restart your devices if needed
