My customer is missing a part/accessory, can they still trade up?

Yes, customers are asked to return their existing Thermomix® with the complete Bowl, Blade and Lid (BBL) set, and ideally Varoma®, spatula, butterfly whisk and steaming basket.  If they are missing one or more attachments they can still take advantage of the Trade Up offer as long as the Thermomix® along with the accessories they do have are returned.
