| Your customer’s new Trade-Up TM7 will be dispatched once their older model Thermomix has been scanned at the post office. The TM7 will be dispatched with the usual notifications. If they opt to add the 2nd bowl to their order, the expected dispatch is June 2026.
Please note, returned Thermomixes will be checked on receipt at our warehouse. If a customer has not returned a Thermomix that corresponds with the Quick Order tier applied they will be contacted to pay the difference. It is very important you select and send the relevant Quick Order link to your customer. |
