Will a customer that signs up at one of my Cooking Experiences and purchases their TM6 receive points for their TM6 purchase?

Customers earn points for purchases they make via TheMix Shop. Certain products, including TM6 machines are excluded from earning points...
Can customers save their points for a higher value voucher?

Vouchers are automatically issued after 150 points have been accumulated.
If my customer had a large order recently will we go back and provide points for that order?

Customers will start accruing points only once they have joined MyMix Rewards. Points are not backdated for past orders.
