| Yes, once you purchase your Trade-up TM6 you’ll receive an email with the instructions of how to return your old Thermomix(R) / other appliance to us. Your family member can post your current Thermomix on your behalf by following those instructions carefully.
Please be aware that we cannot accept the return of any lithium-ion bateries with any appliances being sent in. |
