| There is no need for Australian consultants to re-sign their Consultancy Agreement as Vorwerk have acquired The Mix company entity and assumes the responsibilities under the Independent Contractor Agreement with Consultants.
In New Zealand, Vorwerk will be operating as a Company entity and so the previous Association membership will come to an end. New Zealand Consultants will be required to sign a Contractor Application Form to continue their consultancy. |
