How does the return process work?

You will issue one of three Quick Order links to your customer, based on which eligible appliance they will be returning. After their transaction is complete, customers will receive return shipping information (you’ll receive a copy of this email). Returned appliances will be checked on receipt at our warehouse. If a customer has not returned an appliance that corresponds with the Quick Order tier applied they will be contacted to pay the difference in discounts applied.  The new TM6 and GWP will be dispatched with the usual notifications. **Please note, it is very important you select and send the relevant Quick Order link to your customer to avoid delays.
