How does the return process work?

You will issue one of three Quick Order links to your customer, based on which model Thermomix they have. After their transaction is complete, customers will receive return shipping information (you’ll receive a copy of this email) and a return label to use at their local Post Office (please note, returns cannot be made via our Services Centres or offices).

Returned Thermomixes will be checked on receipt at our warehouse. If a customer has not returned a Thermomix that corresponds with the Quick Order tier applied they will be contacted to pay the difference. The TM7 will be dispatched with the usual notifications. **Please note, it is very important you select and send the relevant Quick Order link to your customer to avoid delays.
