| Once your customer’s finance has been approved, we will endeavour to process their order within three business days. Once their order has been processed, and their Q Card / Q Mastercard payment linked to the order, we will send your customer their TM7 within 10 business days. Please ensure your customers take this timeline into account when ordering (i.e. in terms of timeline for purchase bundles). |
