| This is a Branch challenge, so it is first required for a Branch to qualify, then the Team Leaders in that Branch to meet their own individual target to go with their BDM to VIAN. Team Leader qualification requires the Branch to earn its spot and then for individual Team Leaders to achieve 4 active recruits, of which minimum 2 personal, throughout the IRC period. |
If I achieve my individual criteria but my branch does not qualify for VIAN, can I still go?
