If I have already paid to have my Thermomix® serviced, after receiving the quote for repairs I have changed my mind and now want to trade up. Can I be refunded my service fee?

A refund of the service fee will not occur as the service team have already spent labour time assessing the Thermomix and diagnosing the issue.
