Yes you will be able to log back into Cookidoo on your TM6 using the same log-in credentials. If you try to log into your Cookidoo account on your TM6 with different credentials, you won’t be able to, as your initial log-in details are still stored in the back end. If you are unable to log into a different Cookidoo account on your TM6, please call Customer Service between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, on 1800 788 332 (AU) / 0800 766 966 (NZ) or by heading to the Contact Us page (thermomix.com.au/contact-us or thermomix.co.nz/contact-us) and selecting ‘I have a Cook-Key/Cookidoo enquiry’ from the drop-down menu on the web form.
If I’m offline and not connected to Cookidoo, and I do a factory reset of my TM6, will I still be able to log in to Cookidoo on my TM6 with my log-in credentials?
