My customer has just ordered a TM7 and doesn’t want to host a demo to obtain a Host Reward additional bowl. They are still in their 10 day cooling off period. How can they get an additional bowl?

If your customer is within their 10-day cooling-off period, they can cancel their order by contacting our Customer Service team:

We’ll provide a full refund of the purchase price if the product hasn’t been used, is in as-new condition, and remains in the original unopened packaging. You can then place a new order for your TM7, subject to stock and offer availability.
Please note, return postage and restocking costs are the customer’s responsibility, so we encourage you to take advantage of the demo opportunity.
