My customer just paid to have their existing Thermomix serviced and if they’d known about this offer they wouldn’t have had it repaired. Can they get a refund?

No refund can be given for the service already performed on an existing Thermomix service case.  However, they are welcome to take advantage of the Trade Up offer should they choose to.
