| The Cookidoo(R) 3 month subscription that comes with a TM6 either offers new Cookidoo members 3 months of Cookidoo 3.0 or extends a current membership, if one exists. This means a TM5 customer who is subscribed to Cookidoo(R) but only on 2.0 needs to first upgrade the remainder of their subscription to 3.0 BEFORE adding their new 3-month subscription. To upgrade, a Customer should log on to their Account in a browser, go to “Account – Membership” and select the option to “upgrade to Cookidoo 3.0”. |
My TM5 Customer currently has a Cookidoo 2.0 subscription. What happens when they apply their new 6 month Cookidoo that comes with their TM6?
