If your customers are still in their cooling off period, they are able to change over to this offer if they prefer. This can be done by the Customer contacting Customer Service or you raising a case on their behalf in The Hub.
Customers exercising this option will not be required to return their TM6 for the change to be processed. Instead, they will be provided with a return label for the appliance they wish to Trade Up. The appliance must be received within 10 working days of the label being issued. Upon receipt of the appliance, the change will be processed and the difference in pricing refunded to the customer within 14 days. |
What about my customers who have already bought TM6 with best ever bundle? Can they change to this Trade Up offer?
