What about my customers who have already bought TM7. Can they change to this Trade Up offer?

If your customers are still in their cooling off period, they are able to change over to this offer if they prefer.  This can be done by the Customer contacting Customer Service or  you raising a case on their behalf in The Hub.

 

Customers exercising this option will not be required to return their TM7 for the change to be processed.   Instead, they will be provided with a return label for the older Thermomix model they wish to Trade Up.  This must be returned to us within 10 working days of the label being issued.  Upon receipt of the older model Thermomix, the change will be processed and the difference in pricing refunded to the customer within 14 days.
