What are the tiers of this Trade Up and how can my customer know which is which?

There are 3 different tiers, depending on which older model Thermomix is being returned. A list of the Buy Back Offers for TM31, TM5 and TM6 are available on our website or on the Trade Up flyer to share with your customers.
