For non-Thermomix(R) appliance returns, customers will need to return all parts and accessories relevant to that product. Please be aware that we cannot accept any lithium-ion bateries and these should be removed prior to returning any appliance.
For Thermomix® returns, your customer will need to return their older model Thermomix® with the complete mixing bowl set and any accessories they don’t wish to hold onto.
