What happens if my customer purchases before 21 July but their Thermomix doesn’t arrive in time for them to lock in their 6-month trial?

Your customer can lock in the $69 Cookidoo® subscription price as early as they choose to. They do not need the delivery of the TM6 in order to do this. Please help them to set up an account and input their payment details prior to 28 July to lock in the $69 price. However, if their Thermomix® does not arrive in time for them to activate their 6 month trial, please raise a case with Customer Service.
