What if my customer does not remember my name and so cannot enter it into the website when making their purchase?

It is important as a Thermomix Consultant that you are creating your own personal brand and ensuring that customers remember your name.  We suggest that you follow up regularly with your potential customers, and that you have emailed or text them with your Buy Button link to use to purchase online.  If a Customer does not use your link and instead purchases directly through the website, they will be prompted to add their Consultant.  There is a wide variety of training and tips available to support you in establishing relationships and your brand, to ensure a customer remembers your name.
