As a market, we compete on a market level to first earn our spot at VIAN and then as Branches to earn their ticket to VIAN. Team Leaders also have specific criteria to earn their place at VIAN when their Branch qualifies and this year, for the first time ever, there are also 4 Consultant ‘wild cards’ available. |
