As a market, we compete on a market level to first earn our spot at VIAN and then as Branches to earn their ticket to VIAN. Team Leaders also have specific criteria to earn their place at VIAN when their Branch qualifies. There are also 5 Consultant ‘wild cards’ available for Consultants. |
