What is the process if a customer purchased their TM7 prior to the cut off but didn’t receive their appliance in time to activate the trial?

As long as they don’t have an active subscription already, they will be provided with a 3-month voucher to use in place of the trial. This should be actioned via a Case into Customer Service.
Either the customer or the Consultant can raise the case. Where it is the Consultant, please include all customer details.
