| For customers without an existing Q Card account, step 1 is to apply via the link on our website (www.thermomix.co.nz/pages/qcard) for a Q Mastercard. Please ensure your customer enters the total finance limit to be applied for (including any additional items to cart, e.g. purchase bundles or additional items from TheMix Shop). Once your customer’s application has been approved, they contact you as their Consultant to place their TM7 order. You will need to raise a case with Customer Service to process the order manually and include their Q Mastercard number, alongside the other required information.
