At this stage we are not supplying any more 2.7 litre Vac-U-Seal Vacuum Sealer
Containers until we are satisfied that they are completely safe to use. However, we are offering affected customers either:

• a TheMix Shop Gift Card to the value of $135 (AU) or $138 (NZ) to be used
towards the purchase of any product on our website at TheMix Shop ($135
AU/$138 NZ is the RRP of the 2.7 litre Vac-U-Seal + Wand + $14.95 shipping
cost).
• A refund to the value of what they paid for their 2.7 litre Vac-U-Seal + Wand.
If a customer has paid for their Vac-U-Seal, they will be offered the choice of a refund to the value of what they paid OR a TheMix Shop Gift Card.
If a customer has earned their 2.7 Litre Vac-U-Seal, they will be offered a TheMix Shop Gift Card that aligns with the RRP of the 2.7 litre Vac-U-Seal container, wand and shipping.
