Does my Customer need to send their Thermomix® back in the original packaging?

Yes, part of the T&Cs is for the Thermomix® to be returned in its original packaging along with all included accessories and Cutter+ bundle items (if applicable), with all manuals and instructions.
The TM7 must be packed with adequate protection in the box to protect the TM7 in transit.
