We have three different scenarios of TM7 customers from 1-9 June. Please see below: Scenario 1: Customer purchased TM7 with $1 Extended Warranty and has not claimed a 2nd bowl Host Reward. Offer: A special opportunity will be offered to your customer to add a $199 TM7 Bowl to their order, to equal the bundle we have just launched. Note: If they want to cancel their warranty and keep the bowl only, your customer will need to go through the standard cooling off period process by cancelling and refunding through Customer Service. Scenario 2: Customer purchased TM7 with $1 Extended Warranty, and has claimed a Bowl Host Reward. Offer: We will offer a special opportunity to your customer to buy a $50 Cutter+, acknowledging that if they knew about the bowl offer, they could have chosen differently. Note: If your customer wants to cancel their Host Reward bowl, they will need to contact Customer Service and will be unable to claim another Host Reward without hosting another demo. Scenario 3: Purchased from 1 June but did not add the $1 Warranty. Offer: Special opportunity to add a $149 bowl. Note: There is no option to retrospectively add an Extended Warranty to these orders. They would need to cancel their order, and repurchase with the bundle. Please note: We are only offering these opportunities to customers who purchased from 9am AWST 1 June, after the Cutter+ bundle ended. Other customers still in their cooling off period who purchased the Cutter+ bundle will need to follow the standard cooling off period process. |
