To be eligible for a claim under the Guarantee, a Customer must: • be the original purchaser; • have purchased the Goods from Vorwerk Australia Pty Ltd or Vorwerk New Zealand Limited during the offer dates as above; • notify us within 30 days of the date of purchase by completing the form on thermomix.com.au/pages/thermomix-30-day-money-back-guarantee or thermomix.co.nz/pages/thermomix-30-day-money-back-guarantee and providing us with their name, email, phone number, address, and order number; • put all the Goods back in their original packaging along with all included accessories, cookbook and bonus gift with purchase products, together with all manuals and instructions. • once they have made their claim, our Customer Service team will supply them with an Australia Post Return Article ID number which they can take to the post office with their Goods. |
