What happens if my customer wants to return after 30 days?

The offer expires after 30 days from the date of purchase.  It only applies to change of mind and does not apply where a Customer seeks to return goods due to a fault or other problem.  In this instance, a Customer should refer to the standard terms of sales outlined in their Invoice.
