What happens if they don’t have all the parts or the TM7 is scratched or damaged?

Please note that this Guarantee does not apply and your customer will be ineligible for a claim under this Guarantee if:
• the Goods and all manuals and instructions are not returned in their original packaging;
• the Goods or any accessory or component is scratched, damaged, misused, faulty or otherwise failed to take reasonable care of the goods;
• there is evidence of any act of deliberate misuse, negligence, repairs, or unauthorised modifications; or
• the Goods were purchased for, or used in, a commercial environment; or
• their claim relates to any other goods.
Once we receive their returned goods, we will inspect them and check they have satisfied the conditions under this Guarantee before issuing the refund.
