Why can’t my customer request their replacement blade for 6 months?

To help manage stock availability during periods of high demand, we’ve introduced a 6-month waiting period before the complimentary replacement blade can be claimed.

This complimentary blade is an additional benefit provided by Thermomix and is separate from, and does not affect, your rights under Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law, including any applicable consumer guarantees.
