TM6 and TM7 customers whose subscription price will be adjusted will receive a targeted email starting from 22 October 2026. Customers who have not yet accepted the current annual price will receive a further reminder via email, Cookidoo® and Thermomix® six weeks before their renewal date.

TM5 customers are not part of the automatic price adjustment and will therefore not receive this communication. Information about the voluntary upgrade will be available on the Cookidoo® Membership Page.
